LE VERE Hutson alias ‘Force Ripe’, 24 and his girlfriend, Tramaine Sewah, 17, were freed of a joint drug charge last Thursday.

They had been charged, before Magistrate Fabayo Azore, at Albion Court, Corentyne, with trafficking 103 grammes of cocaine.
But the case was dismissed at a special sitting of the court.
Hutson, of New Street and Sewah, of King  Street, both in New Amsterdam, also in Berbice, were alleged to have been passengers in motor car HB 7112, when the police stopped it at a roadblock at Albion on December 14, 2010.
