POLICE are hunting a man who is reported to have shot and injured his brother, who intervened in a confrontation between him and his wife on Thursday.
The wounded man, Yohan Greenidge, 32, suffered a wound on his right upper arm, about 11:00 hrs, at the home of his sibling in Self Help Square, East Ruimveldt.
Now a hospitalised patient in stable condition, the hurt Greenidge, of Guyhoc Park, also in Georgetown, had visited his other sibling’s residence when a row erupted and the man living there assaulted his pregnant wife.
Yohan Greenidge’s intervention angered his brother and, after a scuffle involving the two, the one left but returned with the gun and escaped after the shooting.
