TWO women are in custody assisting the police with their investigations into the stabbing death of 31-year-old Adrian Richmond of Atlantic Ville, East Coast Demerara, on Sunday.

A police statement said that Richmond was allegedly stabbed with an ice-pick during an argument with three men over a dog fight.  The tragedy happened around 18:30 hrs at Industry Front Access Road, East Coast Demerara.
The wounded man was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he later succumbed.
Police are continuing their investigations.
