CABINET Secretary Dr Roger Luncheon, at his weekly post- Cabinet media briefing at the Office of the President yesterday, announced that Cabinet, during its last meeting on May 21, gave its no objection to contracts in the education, security, housing and water and natural resources and governance sectors.
