AT a post-Cabinet media briefing yesterday, Head of the Presidential Secretariat (HPS), Dr. Roger Luncheon, advised that Cabinet at its May 8 statutory meeting, offered its no objection to 12 contracts in the areas of health, agriculture, justice and infrastructure.
