Bulls level NBA play-off series with Nets

(REUTERS) – Luol Deng starred for Chicago as the Bulls beat the Brooklyn Nets 90-82 to even up the Eastern Conference first-round series at 1-1.

British Olympian Deng had 15 points and 10 rebounds while Carlos Boozer added 13 points and 12 rebounds for the visitors.
Kirk Hinrich scored 13 points and Joakim Noah had 11 points and 10 rebounds as the Bulls rebounded from a Game 1 loss and held the Nets to 35.4 percent shooting from the field.
Game 3 is tomorrow in Chicago.

Clippers 93, Grizzlies 91
Chris Paul drove for the winning bank shot with one-tenth of a second remaining to cap a 24-point effort as Los Angeles edged visiting Memphis to take a 2-0 lead in the Western Conference first-round series.
Blake Griffin had 21 points and eight rebounds and Jamal Crawford tallied 15 points for the Clippers, who notched the victory when Paul was able to shed the tight defence of Grizzlies guard Tony Allen and float up the decisive shot.
Game 3 is tomorrow in Memphis.
Mike Conley had 28 points and nine assists for the Grizzlies. Marc Gasol added 17 points, Allen had 16 points and 10 rebounds and Zach Randolph scored 13 points.
Five straight points by Memphis’ Darrell Arthur tied the score at 89 with 1:37 remaining. Paul put Los Angeles ahead 17 seconds later and the Grizzlies again tied the contest on Gasol’s dunk with 13.9 seconds left.
