SHAYAM Perry, of 55 Barr Street, Albouystown, Georgetown was granted $70,000 bail yesterday, when he appeared in court on two charges.

Particulars of the offences said, on March 27, in James Street, Albouystown, he threatened and unlawfully wounded Troy Bovell.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to both charges before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell and, when asked, the virtual complainant refused to settle the matter and said he would like it to proceed to trial.
Perry was ordered to post $20,000 surety with respect to the threat and $50,000 in relation to the wounding, until May 13.
