WICB announces Guyana to host Rounds 6 & 7 of Super50 & 4-Day matches

ST JOHN’S, Antigua – The West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) late Wednesday announced that the Guyana Cricket Board (GCB) will host matches in Rounds 6 and 7 of both the Regional Super50 and 4-Day tournaments.

Guyana will host Combined Campuses and Colleges in Round 6 and Jamaica in Round 7 and all matches will be played at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence, with the dates and match times, which were previously announced, remaining unchanged.
The Board of Directors of the WICB approved a recommendation at the last meeting that the two Super50 and two 4-Day matches be played in Guyana. All the necessary agreements have now been received and the Guyana Cricket Board will host the games.
It is the first time in two seasons that Guyana will play home games after playing away for all their games in the 2012 season and in the first half of the current season.
