ANDREA Bryan (no address given) was refused bail, by Magistrate Sueanna Lovell yesterday, on a drug trafficking charge.

The defendant pleaded not guilty to having, on February 26, at Alexander Street, Kitty, Georgetown, trafficked in 13 grammes of cocaine.
Police Corporal Denise Booker, prosecuting, said ranks carried out a raid in an Alexander Street yard and several persons, including the defendant, were search.
The prosecutor said the prohibited substance was found in one of the defendant’s pockets concealed in a camera casing.
Bryan was denied pre-trial freedom since no special reasons were advanced and she will make her next court appearance on March 14.
