THE man implicated in the Mashramani night killing was remanded to prison yesterday, when he appeared before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell.

Devon Thomas, 19, of Lot 95 Better Hope South, East Coast Demerara, is charged with murdering one brother and attempting to kill another.
Particulars of the offences said, on February 23, on Vlissengen Road, Georgetown, he murdered Kumar Mohabir and, with intent to murder, wounded Navendra Mohabir.
The accused will remain on remand until March 14.
Reports of the incident said one sibling died after being stabbed with the same broken bottle that wounded the other who went to the rescue.
