PAUIL Waterman, 41, appeared before Magistrate Allan Wilson yesterday, charged with unlawful and malicious wounding.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on Wednesday February 20, in Croal Street, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Kurt Steel.
But the case was dismissed, because the virtual complainant refused to offer any evidence against Waterman.
