DEXTER Rutherford, 32, of Lot 7 Public Road, Liliendaal, Greater Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm, before Magistrate Allan Wilson yesterday.

It is alleged that, on Saturday, February 23, at East Ruimveldt, Georgetown, he unlawfully assaulted Abiola Shepherd.
The defendant was put on $15,000 bail until March 13.
