St George’s crush St John’s 11-0 in Milo U-20 Schools football competition

ST John’s College suffered the worst defeat of the Petra/Milo Under-20 Schools Football competition last Sunday at the Ministry of Education Ground, at the hands of St George’s Secondary. Led by Royson Dublin (12th, 14th, 31st, 35th and 77th) who netted five goals, St George’s crushed St John’s 11-0. Oseal Small (17th), Sean Taylor (23rd, 75th), Ansumph Small (70th) and Qinsey Caverll (29th, 67th) were the other goalscorers for St George’s.
In the second game, Queen’s College got past Cummings Lodge 3-2 with Jayadev Mana (41st, 60th) scoring a brace, while Stephen Rutherford accounted for the third goal in the 81st minute. Scoring for Cummings Lodge was Hutson Henry, who had goals in the 29th and 48th minutes.
The final match of the day saw South Ruimveldt Secondary maul Bishops’ High  8-3 with Keith Collner (26th, 50th and 60th) recording a hat-trick while his teammates Colin Peters (19th, 31st), Akeem Henry (66th, 79th) recorded doubles and Jaleel Hamilton scored in the 48th minute.
Scoring for Bishops’ High was Shamal Lewis who recorded a hat-trick. His goals came in the 44th, 59th and 70th minutes.
On Saturday, Charlestown Secondary sank Ascension 5-1, North Georgetown Secondary got past Christ Church 4-2 and Tucville punished Tutorial High 6-2.
