SUZANNE Williams (no address given), who pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm yesterday, had the case dismissed by Magistrate Judy Latchman.

It was alleged that, on January 19, the defendant unlawfully assaulted Rebecca London but the virtual complainant declined to give any evidence.
