THE race for the Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award of a brand new Toyota Allex in this year’s Kashif and Shanghai football tournament just got interesting following a sterling performance by BV/Triumph United striker Delroy Dean and Buxton United star player Dwayne Jacobs.

Both players helped their side to a 3-1 win over their respective opponents with Dean scoring the tournament’s first hat-trick and Jacobs netting a brace.
The inclusion of the duo sees them joining Amelia’s Ward United skipper Travis Watterton and Pele’s flamboyant striker Gregory ‘Jackie Chan’ Richardson as the persons so far in contention to drive away with the car.
Edward B. Beharry and Company Limited is the sponsor of the vehicle, making it the first time in any football tournament in the Caribbean that a motor car would be given to a player.
