THE West Demerara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WDCCI) in Region 3 (Essequibo Islands/West Demerara), held its monthly meeting on September 19, 2012 at its head office located at Guyflag, Ruimzeight West Coast Demerara.

At the last meeting the executive body of the organisation was elected, comprising Sasenarain Shewnarain-President, Ramesh Sugrim –Vice President, Reaz Hussain-Secretary, Safraz Khan Treasurer and Committee members S. Alli, H.R amlola, G .Panday, De Jesus , A. Boodhoo, V Chan, Bhajnauth and R.H. Persaud.
Members are confident that the future of the region could be booming through united efforts and thereby create a better livelihood for the people in Region 3, a release from the organisation said.

The statutory meeting of the organisation is fixed for the third Wednesday of every month
The next meeting will be held on October 17 2012 at 16:30hrs and it is hosted by the Roraima Trust, Versailles W.B.D
