Security guard on bail for simple larceny

A SECURITY guard attached to Home Safe Security Service yesterday appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on a simple larceny charge. Lewis Mc Donald was not required to plead to the indictable charge, which stated that on August 17, he stole one crankshaft valued $125,000, and one crusher hammer priced at $30,000, property of Khemraj Bridgelall.
The prosecution had no objection and the accused was placed on $100,000 bail. The matter will be called again on October 15.
