IMTIAZ Mohammed, of Lot 101 Middle Road, La Penitence, Georgetown, appeared in court yesterday, charged with assault causing actual bodily harm to his reputed wife, Odessa Ross. Before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, it was alleged that he committed the offence on July 30 at home and she faced a common assault charge, which said she assaulted him on July 31.
They both pleaded not guilty and were granted bail, he in the sum of $15,000 and she $10,000, pending their return to court on September 12.
