HEAD of the Presidential Secretariat and Cabinet Secretary, Dr Roger Luncheon yesterday celebrated his 63rd birthday, and during a Cabinet meeting at the Office of the President, President Donald Ramotar and the HPS’ colleagues showered him with good wishes. His colleagues also toasted to his health and long life.
Dr Luncheon, who is also Secretary to the Defence Board and Chairman of the National Insurance Scheme (NIS), is government’s chief spokesperson.
