RANDOLPH Nurse, 36, of Lot 622 ‘B’ Field, Sophia, Greater Georgetown, appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry on Wednesday on a break and enter and larceny charge.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on June 24, he broke and entered the storeroom of Rajendra Rajpaul and stole a quantity of tools valued $736,907.
Police Sergeant Philip Sheriff, prosecuting, said the owner had secured his storeroom and left, but upon his return, observed that the place had been broken into and items were missing.
