A MECHANIC employed by BK International appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton yesterday, charged with simple larceny. Peter Frank, 23, of Lot 193 North Sophia, Georgetown, pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on May 14, he stole one truck battery, valued $32,000, property of his employer.
The defendant, unrepresented by counsel, was granted $15,000 bail until May 28.
