KHALEEL Shaw (no address given) was remanded to prison yesterday, when he faced an attempted murder charge in front of Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton. It is alleged that, on May 10, with intent to commit the capital offence, he unlawfully wounded Troy Brutus.
Police Sergeant Tracymay Gittens, prosecuting, objected to bail, based on the seriousness of the offence and said the victim is still hospitalised.
The objection was upheld and Shaw will have to be back in Court on May 21.
