CARPENTER Wali Mohammed, 47, of  Mon Repos, appeared before Magistrate Alex Moore at Sparendaam Court, East Coast Demerara, charged with break and enter and attempt to commit a felony yesterday. Particulars of the offences said, on April 22, at Mon Repos, he broke and entered the home of Rohinee Ramadar and attempted to commit another crime.
The charges were laid indictably but a successful application was made for the Administration of Justice Act (AJA) to be applied and Mohammed pleaded not guilty to the summarily allegations.
The defendant was allowed $20,000 bail until May 11.
