FOUR persons were rushed to Suddie Public Hospital for medical attention, just after midday yesterday, after the vehicles in which they were travelling collided near the car park, at Anna Regina, also on the Essequibo Coast. The injured passengers were admitted to the Accident and Emergency Ward and, up to press time, doctors were said to be monitoring their conditions.
It was reported that a Supenaam/Parika speedboat operator and his wife are among those who suffered injuries.
Both cars were detained in the compound of Anna Regina Police Station as investigations into the accident continued.
