Minibus conductor on assault, threatening behaviour charges

A MINIBUS conductor facing charges of unlawful assault and threatening behaviour, was granted $10,000 bail, by Magistrate Allan Wilson yesterday. Oswald Inniss, 39, of Lot 205 ‘C’ Field, Sophia, pleaded not guilty to the offences, details of which said, on April 12, in Croal Street, also in Georgetown, he unlawfully assaulted Alex Whyte and threatened him.
The cases will be called, again on April 25.
