THE Guyana Police Force (GPF) has announced that, in order to facilitate the smooth movement of floats during the Mashramani Float Parade today, February 23, the following roads will be closed to vehicular traffic from 06:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs. Thomas Road, from J.B. Singh Road to Camp Road and Albert Street, from Woolford Avenue to Thomas Road, will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration of the Float Parade.
Motorists desirous of entering the National Park are required to do so from Carifesta Avenue.
