IT is with great distress that I write this letter for publication in your newspaper concerning the treatment of punters at the Horseshoe Racing Service on a daily basis. Firstly, there is no urinal, and persons have to leave and search all over in order to use a washroom.
Unlike Horse Shoe Racing Service, the Goodwood and All Seasons Racing Services provide these amenities adequately.
Also, there are no seating facilities at Horseshoe Racing Service, and patrons have to be standing for long hours with limited air circulation. This is not so at the other two racing services mentioned above.
To top it off, the behaviour of the staff leaves much to be desired and punters always seem to be in the wrong.
