The three sailors left Guyana on December 11 last and were expected back home on Christmas Eve, but they never turned up.
Local and regional maritime officials have mounted a search for them and notification has also been given to Barbados, Tobago, Grenada and Islands up to Puerto Rico to keep a look out for the vessel and crew.
There is still a team of three seamen combing the Orinoco River area for the missing vessel and its crew.
