PRESIDENT Donald Ramotar Thursday met heads of foreign missions and other members of the diplomatic corps in Guyana to discuss the policies of the government and cooperation with the international community. The meeting was held at the Office of the President. Guyana has over the years maintained cordial and fruitful diplomatic relations with its allies in neighbouring South America and good bilateral ties with those farther afield, such as India and China.
These have led to mutual cooperation ventures that have benefited the country’s economy. (GINA)
