DURING elections it would appear to all civic minded Guyanese that PNC was using WPA top gun {Rupert} to do all its talking for it. Now that PNC is on their usual election protest marches the big voice of WPA top gun {Rupert} has been silenced by PNC.
It would also appear that the voices of all the political parties that joined PNC at the hip during election to form APNU have been silenced too by PNC.
As I have warned before there are some die hard PNC members who do not reside in Guyana but will come to Guyana during election time to stir up trouble and when trouble starts they jump on flights and disappear to their country of milk and money.
I warned that the government of the day must take serious action against these individuals who come to Guyana to spew race hate and to incite violence.
Thirty five percent of PPP support base turned out on elections day and voted, as some media reports stated, and PPP still won this election receiving 48.6 percent of all votes cast and PNC received forty percent.
That alone tells you that PNC leaders in their heart of hearts, if they have a heart that is, know they never won an election in Guyana’s history and certainly not 2011 elections.
So what are PNC protesting and marching for? Is it really statement of polls (SOP)? No! It’s not.
PNC top brass must be seen to their misguided constituents as fighter and champions for their rights to make it show as if PNC top brass have their best interest at heart.
When will PNC top brass be ready, willing and able to stand up and tell their misguided supporters that PNC never won this election and has never won any elections of the past.
Are Corbin and Granger ready, willing and able to do as asked?
Even Trotman can stand there and tell PNC misguided supporters the truth, since Trotman was a PNC insider with tremendous knowledge of PNC workings.
It will bode well for Trotman, because of AFC’s arrangements of rotating leadership for the next elections.
Stand up for once {PNC} and tell the nation the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth so set yourselves and your misguided supporters free.
