Police hold two men, two women in cocaine find

TWO men and two women are in police custody as they (police) continue investigations into the discovery of a quantity of cocaine in a motor vehicle.
According to a police report, at about 10:30hrs yesterday, police ranks stopped motor car PMM 9535 at Molsen Creek, Corentyne, for a routine search.

The driver, who was the only occupant, managed to drive away from the ranks who then went after the vehicle which subsequently crashed at Line Path, Skeldon.
The driver escaped, but the police towed the motor car to the Springlands Police Station.
A search of the vehicle unearthed a total of 10kgs of cocaine concealed in various parts of the vehicle, the release added.
