Dear Colleague,
I wish to extend to you, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of
Guyana, and in my own name, warm congratulations on your re-election as
President of the Argentine Republic for a second term.   Your
overwhelming success is testimony to the trust that the Argentine
people have placed in your strong and uniting leadership.  I wish you
every success in your new term of office as you continue to pursue the
goals and objectives for the further economic and social development
of your country and its people.
It is my hope that the bonds of friendship between Guyana and
Argentina will grow even stronger as our two countries continue to
collaborate both at the bilateral level and within the South American
family, to seek new and innovative ways to provide a better standard of
living for the well – being of our peoples.
Please accept my best wishes for your continued good health and prosperity.
