THE Office of the President is reminding recipients of 2011 National Awards that the Investiture Ceremony will be held at the National Cultural Centre on Friday, October 21, 2011, at 13:00hrs. Rehearsals for the ceremony will be held at the National Cultural Centre at 16:30hrs on October 18 and 19, to which recipients are invited.
