CRAIG Kieswetter joined his England team-mates for practice in Hyderabad yesterday morning, after flying in from the Champions League.
England expect their wicketkeeper to be available for selection for today’s final one-day international series warm-up match despite bruising his left forearm.
Kieswetter, struck on the arm during Somerset’s semi-final defeat to Mumbai two days ago, was accompanied to Hyderabad by the man who inflicted the blow.
Jos Buttler, whose straight drive hit Kieswetter at the non-striker’s end and who is part of England’s squad for the one-off Twenty20 clash with India at the end of the five-match ODI series, will remain in the country.
The middle-order batsman is however, not officially part of the ODI squad and not available for selection. (PA Sport)
