THE Guyana National Road Safety Council will tomorrow launch a two-day volunteers training workshop aimed at mobilising a cadre of proficient road safety advocates to advance the work of the council. The workshop, in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs, will be held at the National Convention Centre, Liliendaal, East Coast Demerara, and is scheduled to begin at 9:00 hrs. President Bharrat Jagdeo is scheduled to deliver the feature address on the opening day.
