SOL Guyana Inc., in an attempt to add variety to promotions being offered by its service stations, introduced ‘Wish and Win with Shell’ last Thursday.
Speaking at the function, SOL General Manager, Mr. Ken Figaro said the hope is that it would interest all and sundry in the motoring industry. The occasion was at the newest Shell station, which opened on June 20 in Regent Street, Georgetown, but the officially opening was that day, he said.
To enter the promotion, customers simply have to spend $3,000 on Shell ‘V’ power gasolene, collect an entry form, complete it correctly and drop it into the entry box located at their favourite Shell location.
Winners will get the opportunity of owning one flat screen television set, one living room suite, one home stereo system, one motorcycle, one BBQ grill, one brushcutter, one camcorder, one Blackberry, one I Pod, one laptop, one boutique gift voucher and a weekend trip for two to Baganara.
Additionally, there will be four fortnightly draws for two persons, each winning $50,000 worth of Shell ‘V’ power gasolene and the next draw dates are August 24, September 7, October 7 and October 22.
The last entry forms must be submitted by October 21 for the final drawing on  October 28.
Figaro reminded that Shell V power is designed to actively clean and protect, as they work to keep new engines in top condition and restore older engines to give optimum performance.
