MAGISTRATE Leslie Sobers, sitting after 16:30 hrs in an effort to deal with the cases backlog at the Providence Court, issued an arrest warrant, Wednesday, for bus driver Royston Prince, of Lot 154 Extension Road, One Mile Wismar, Linden. Prince had failed to make an appearance in answer to a charge, which said that, while in the employ of Intra Serve bus company on October 24, 2010, he drove BJJ 1872 along Soesdyke Public Road, also on East Bank Demerara, without due care and attention or reasonable consideration for other persons using the road. 
The magistrate issued another warrant for absent Rawle Smith (no address given) and escheated his $20,000 bail bond, on a charge of unlicensed driving.
Their cases will be called, again, on September 2.
