Granted leave to file affidavit in answer
Follwing an Ex-parte Application by Opposition Leader Robert Corbin, Bishop Juan Anthony Edghill, Chairman of the ERC, and his team of commissioners had been  restrained from carrying out their duties because of certain allegations. An injunction to the effect was granted by Justice James Bovell-Drakes.
Yesterday the judge, upon application from Mr. D. Harnanan from the AG’s Chambers, granted leave for the commissioners to file an affidavit in answer by the 28th of this month, when the parties will appear in Court.
The defendants named by Corbin are Juan Anthony Edghill, John P. Willems, and Carvil  Duncan. Duncan was in Court yesterday
