SEELALL Budram, who is charged with disorderly behaviour within public hearing and using abusive language, has been granted $10,000 bail on the former.
It is alleged that, on April 25, at Parika, East Bank Essequibo, he committed both offences in the presence of Police Corporal Godfrey Layne. He pleaded not guilty to both but did not have to post surety on the other charge.
His trial is scheduled for June 27.
