Threatening behaviour accused fined $20,000

MICHAEL Henry pleaded not guilty when he appeared yesterday before Magistrate Sherdel Isaacs-Marcus charged with threatening behaviour.
Particulars of the charge stated that on April 5, at Tuschen.

West Coast Demerara, he made use of threatening behaviour to his wife, Cameal Gordon.
According to the facts of the charge read by the prosecutor, Police Sergeant Sherwin Matthews, on the day in question, the defendant came home and asked Gordon if she had finished cooking, and threatened her with a cutlass.
In court, Gordon stated that she wished to provide no further evidence against her husband.
The defendant was fined $20,000.
