A SPRING tide advisory remains in effect until tomorrow morning as the last above-normal tide will be at 05:01 hrs at a height of 2.88m on that day, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
Residents of coastal, low lying and riverine locations are advised to take the necessary precautions against possible flooding. In addition, fishermen and ocean-going vessels are advised to take the necessary precautions as wave energy and activity will increase during this time.
The highest spring tide was slated to be at a height of 2.92 m at 04:33 hrs yesterday.
