MOMENTS after being released on $30,000 bail for unlawful assault, Rameshwar Petamber was hauled back before Magistrate Shurdel Isaacs-Marcus at the Vigilance Magistrate’s court to answer another unrelated charge.

It was alleged that on Tuesday March 8th, at the Good Hope access road, he drove motor vehicle PFF 1049 while his blood alcohol level exceeded the prescribed limit.

A visibly exhausted Petamber pleaded guilty and was fined $7,500.
