Cocaine case dismissed for want of prosecution

PAUL Danford (no address given) had a trafficking in narcotic charge against him dismissed yesterday, for want of prosecution. Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton said she was forced to dismiss the case because no exhibits were tendered by the Police nor did any witness appear to testify.
It had been alleged that the defendant had 18 grammes of cocaine in his possession for the purpose on September 9, 2010.
