ST JOHN’S, Antigua – Trinidad and Tobago batsman Runako Morton and Leeward Islands all-rounder Tonito Willett are expected to take no further part in the WICB Regional 4-Day Round 5 match at the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain, Trinidad.
The duo were taken into police custody sometime between the end of the first day’s play and the start of the second day’s play of the Trinidad and Tobago v Leeward Islands match. They remain in police custody.
The WICB will make no further comment on this matter at this time.
