SECURITY Guard, Janet Daniels, has been charged with using abusive language to Police Corporal Andy Higgins. She appeared before Magistrate Nyasha Williams-Hatmin at Vreed-en-Hoop Court, West Coast Demerara, on Thursday and pleaded not guilty.
Particulars of the October 22, 2010, offence said it was committed at Parika, East Bank Essequibo.
The defendant was put on $15,000 bail until May 3.
