FREDDIE Kissoon boasts that he went to three top universities and yet he finds it difficult to understand simple issues.

I wonder how proud these universities are of this old student, given his abject failure to show that he can grasp stuff even ordinary people understand?

They may probably disown him. I agree with President Bharrat Jagdeo that this man is a dunce.
He keeps repeating nonsense like Mr. Jagdeo’s presidency being in jeopardy when the President has made it clear, over and over again, that he will not be running for a third term at next year’s elections.

The President should not spend too much time dealing with Kissoon’s foolishness. The man probably needs attention at that updated medical centre in Fort Canje, Berbice.

I wonder how much Kissoon knows about REDD+ and the Guyana-Norway agreement.

He should also find time to read the LCDS and follow international climate change developments so that he may be better able to understand climate change issues.

Emile Mervin also needs a brain. He should visit the LCDS website to be kept abreast of developments because he does not, for example, know that the first tranche of the payment from Norway to Guyana has been released.

These chaps are abysmal at getting it right.
