MINISTER of Labour and acting Foreign Minister Manzoor Nadir yesterday paid his regards on behalf of President Bharrat Jagdeo of Guyana to the U.S. Embassy on the occasion of the passing of one of America’s great diplomats, U.S. Ambassador and special envoy Richard Holbrooke.
