Sunburst Camptown receives equipment boost ahead of K&S

— Continental hands over close to $1M in gear
CONTINENTAL Group of Companies, through its member company Continental Foods Inc., manufacturers of Sunburst Orange Juice, yesterday presented close to $1M worth of football gear to Sunburst Camptown ahead of the 21st Kashif and Shanghai Football Extravaganza which officially starts tomorrow.
Company Secretary Percival Boyce at the presentation ceremony informed that his company was very elated to aid their club yet again, even at short notice, to ensure that the organisers are well equipped for the competition to go all the way.

Club Secretary Akram Sabree accepted the gear on behalf of the club which included FIFA-approved balls, Umbro boots and two sets of complete gear (home and away) among other items.
Boyce informed that Continental Foods Inc. has already met with the new executive of the Sunburst Camptown FC and has pledged its continued support to the development of the players and the club in general.
Responding, Secretary Sabree promised the company that Sunburst Camptown will do its best to make the company and the brand proud of being associated with them.
“We want to also thank Sunburst for staying with us over the years and have come through once again. We promise that with these gear in particular, this team is ready to go all the way to number one and to continue to make Sunburst fly high.”
Continental Foods and the Sunburst Camptown Executive will meet early in the new year to plan the way forward.
Sunburst Camptown, two-time Kashif & Shanghai champions and four-time finalists, will open their quest for their third title when they come up against the winner of the Riddim Squad/Liquid Gold game on Tuesday December 21 at the Georgetown Football Club (GFC) ground.
