LEADER of the Justice For All Party Mr. Chandranarine Sharma expresses deep regret at the death of Mr. Winston Shripaul Murray ( B.Sc. (Hons), LLB, M.P.)  Central Executive Member of the People’s National Congress Reform.

Mr. Sharma notes that Mr. Murray had just completed his day’s job of serving Guyana in the National Assembly on Thursday, November 11, when he collapsed on the way home. He never regained consciousness.

A political stalwart of high moral character, Mr. Murray was one of the most decent politicians to serve in Guyana, and the Justice For All Party will always remember him as the person who encouraged Mr. Sharma to form this political party.

Noting that the PNCR stalwart was both an economist and a lawyer who had held important Public Service positions, Mr. Sharma says that he could have been the person to take Guyana forward on the road to prosperity.  Mr. Murray will be missed by the people whom he served over the years.

The JFAP Leader extends sincere condolences to the family, relatives and friends of the late politician. Condolences are also extended to the PNCR and its membership on the loss of one of the party’s most able stalwarts.

Guyana has lost another cherished son of the soil. May He Rest In Peace!
