THERE appears to be a mysterious and undue delay in the pursuit of justice and I refer to the non-appearance before the courts of the former head of a prominent trade union, who is charged with the insidious crime of child molestation.
All is true that this individual has had to leave the coveted position of president of the union as a direct result of the alleged crime against an under-aged young girl.
Now until he is found guiltless before the courts, any association with young female school children should be officially frowned upon and this should be enforced if ever manifested.
Lo and behold! Can you believe that this accused sex offender has been operating a school-related business within yards/metres in the heart of several schools situated on Woolford Avenue.
This situation of potential entrapment should be made to cease immediately and what about justice being delayed?
